¹{[A Psalm] of David.} Judge me, O Jehovah, for I have walked in mine integrity, and I have confided in Jehovah: I shall not slip.

¹ Dawda wane no. Ya Rabbi, m'ay no cimi, Zama ay hananyaŋo ra no ay dira. Ay de Rabbi gaa mo, fappeyaŋ si.

²Prove me, Jehovah, and test me; try my reins and my heart:

² Ya Rabbi, m'ay gosi, m'ay deedandi. M'ay gunda d'ay bina neesi.

³For thy loving-kindness is before mine eyes, and I have walked in thy truth.

³ Zama ni baakasinay suujo go ay jine, Ni cimo ra no ay dira.

⁴I have not sat with vain persons, neither have I gone in with dissemblers;

⁴ In da boro yaamey mana margu ka goro care banda, In da munaficey mo mana dira care banda.

⁵I have hated the congregation of evil-doers, and I have not sat with the wicked.

⁵ Ay ga konna laala teekoy jama. Ay si yadda in da boro laaley ma goro care banda.

⁶I will wash my hands in innocency, and will encompass thine altar, O Jehovah,

⁶ Ya Rabbi, ay g'ay kambey nyun taali-jaŋay ra ka ni sargay feema windi,

⁷That I may cause the voice of thanksgiving to be heard, and declare all thy marvellous works.

⁷ Zama ay ma saabuyaŋ jinde beeri tunandi, Ay ma ni dambara goyey kulu baaru fe.

⁸Jehovah, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thy glory dwelleth.

⁸ Ya Rabbi, ay ga ba ni windo ra goray, Da ni darza nangora mo.

⁹Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with men of blood;

⁹ Ni ma s'ay biya sambu ka marga nda zunubikooney, Wala ay fundo mo boro-wiyey banda,

¹⁰In whose hands are evil devices, and their right hand is full of bribes.

¹⁰ Borey kaŋ yaŋ zamba muraadu go i kambey ra, I kambe ŋwaarey ga to no da me-daabu taayaŋ.

¹¹But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity. Redeem me, and be gracious unto me.

¹¹ Amma ay wo, ay hananyaŋo ra no ay ga dira. M'ay fansa, ka gomni goy te ay se mo.

¹²My foot standeth in an even place; in the congregations will I bless Jehovah.

¹² Ay cey ga kay naŋ kaŋ go banda fo ra. Ay ga Rabbi kuku jama marga ra.
