66

1{To the chief Musician. A Song: a Psalm.} Shout aloud unto God, all the earth:
1 Doonkoy jine bora se. Dooni no, baytu mo no. Ya araŋ ndunnya kulu, wa farhã jinde sambu Irikoy se.
2Sing forth the glory of his name, make his praise glorious;
2 Wa baytu k'a maa darza ci, w'a darza sifa.
3Say unto God, How terrible are thy works! because of the greatness of thy strength, thine enemies come cringing unto thee.
3 Araŋ ma ne Irikoy se: «Goyey kaŋ ni ga te ga dambarandi gumo! Ni hino beera sabbay se no ni ibarey ga tuubi alhaali cabe ni se.
4All the earth shall worship thee, and sing psalms unto thee: they shall sing forth thy name. Selah.
4 Ndunnya kulu ga sududu ni se, A ga sifaw baytuyaŋ te ni se mo. I ga sifaw baytuyaŋ te ni maa gaa.» (Wa dangay)
5Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in [his] doings toward the children of men.
5 Wa kaa ka di Irikoy goyey. Nga wo, humburkumay hari no a goyey kaŋ a te Adam-izey do ra.
6He turned the sea into dry [land]; they went through the river on foot: there did we rejoice in him.
6 A na teeku ciya laabu kogo, Borey bisa isa ra ce gaa mo. Noodin no iri farhã d'a.
7He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes observe the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
7 A hino do a ga may hal abada. A moy goono ga ndunnya dumey fonnay, Murtantey ma si ngey boŋ beerandi bo. (Wa dangay)
8Bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of his praise to be heard;
8 Ya araŋ dumey, wa iri Irikoyo maa sifa, Wa naŋ i ma maa a sifayaŋ jinde.
9Who hath set our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.
9 Nga kaŋ g'iri fundey haggoy, A s'iri cey taŋ i ma cabu mo.
10For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
10 Zama nin wo, ya Irikoy, ni na iri deedandi. Ni na iri hanandi sanda mate kaŋ cine i ga nzarfu hanandi.
11Thou broughtest us into a net, thou didst lay a heavy burden upon our loins;
11 Ni kande iri taaru ra, Ni na jaraw tiŋo dake iri banda daarey boŋ.
12Thou didst cause men to ride over our head; we went through fire and through water: but thou hast brought us out into abundance.
12 Ni naŋ borey ma kaaru iri boŋey boŋ. Iri gana ka bisa danji nda hari ra mo, Amma ni n'iri kaa noodin ka kande iri nangu yulwante ra.
13I will go into thy house with burnt-offerings; I will perform my vows to thee,
13 Ay ga furo ni windo ra da sargay kaŋ i ga ton yaŋ. Ay g'ay sartey bana ni se,
14Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
14 Wo kaŋ yaŋ ay me-kuurey ci, Kaŋ ay meyo mo ci waato kaŋ cine ay go kankami ra.
15I will offer up unto thee burnt-offerings of fatted beasts, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.
15 Ay ga sargayey kaŋ i ga ton yaŋ salle ni se, Da kurey ra alman naasey, Da feeji gaarey _maano kaŋ ga te|_ dugu a banda. Ay ga yeeji da hincin jindi yaŋ salle care banda. (Wa dangay)
16Come, hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
16 Ya araŋ kulu kaŋ ga humburu Irikoy, wa kaa ka maa; Ay mo, ay ga dede haŋ kaŋ a te ay fundo se.
17I called unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
17 Ay n'a ce d'ay meyo, ay deena mo n'a beerandi.
18Had I regarded iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not hear.
18 D'ay na laala jisi ay bina ra, doŋ Koy Beero si maa.
19But God hath heard; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
19 Amma daahir Irikoy maa, A na hanga jeeri ay adduwa jinda se mo.
20Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor his loving-kindness from me!
20 I ma Irikoy sifa, nga kaŋ man'ay adduwa hibandi. A go, a mana nga baakasinay suujo hibandi ka kaa ay gaa.
