1But it shall come to pass in the end of days [that] the mountain of Jehovah's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be lifted up above the hills; and the peoples shall flow unto it.
1ในยุคหลังจะเป็นดังนี้ คือภูเขาแห่งพระนิเวศของพระเยโฮวาห์จะถูกสถาปนาขึ้นให้สูงที่สุดในจำพวกภูเขาทั้งหลาย และจะถูกยกขึ้นให้เหนือบรรดาเนินเขา ชนชาติทั้งหลายจะหลั่งไหลเข้ามาหา
2And many nations shall go and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and Jehovah's word from Jerusalem.
2และประชาชาติเป็นอันมากจะมากล่าวว่า "มาเถิด ให้เราขึ้นไปยังภูเขาของพระเยโฮวาห์ ยังพระนิเวศแห่งพระเจ้าของยาโคบ เพื่อพระองค์จะทรงสอนวิถีของพระองค์แก่เรา และเพื่อเราจะเดินในมรรคาของพระองค์" เพราะว่าพระราชบัญญัติจะออกมาจากศิโยน และพระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์จะออกมาจากเยรูซาเล็ม
3And he shall judge among many peoples, and reprove strong nations, even afar off; and they shall forge their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning-knives: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
3พระองค์จะทรงวินิจฉัยระหว่างชนชาติทั้งหลายเป็นอันมาก และจะทรงตัดสินเพื่อบรรดาประชาชาติอันแข็งแรงที่อยู่ไกลออกไป และเขาทั้งหลายจะตีดาบของเขาให้เป็นผาลไถนา และหอกของเขาให้เป็นขอลิด ประชาชาติจะไม่ยกดาบต่อสู้กันอีก เขาจะไม่ศึกษายุทธศาสตร์อีกต่อไป
4And they shall sit every one under his vine, and under his fig-tree; and there shall be none to make [them] afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken [it].
4แต่ต่างก็จะนั่งอยู่ใต้ซุ้มองุ่นและใต้ต้นมะเดื่อของตน และจะไม่มีใครมากระทำให้เขาสะดุ้งกลัว เพราะพระโอษฐ์ของพระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาได้ตรัสอย่างนี้แล้ว
5For all the peoples will walk every one in the name of his god; but we will walk in the name of Jehovah, our God for ever and ever.
5ด้วยว่าบรรดาชนชาติทั้งหลายต่างก็ดำเนินในนามแห่งพระของตน แต่เราจะดำเนินในพระนามของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเราเป็นนิตย์สืบๆไป
6In that day, saith Jehovah, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted;
6พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า ในคราวนั้นเราจะรวบรวมคนขาพิการ และจะรวบรวมบรรดาผู้ที่ถูกขับไล่ไป และบรรดาผู้ที่เราได้ให้ทุกข์ใจ
7and I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation; and Jehovah shall reign over them in mount Zion, from henceforth even for ever.
7คนที่ขาพิการนั้นเราจะให้เป็นคนที่เหลืออยู่ คนที่ถูกทิ้งไปนั้นเราจะให้เป็นชนชาติที่เข้มแข็ง และพระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงปกครองเหนือเขาที่ภูเขาศิโยนตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไปจนชั่วกัลปาวสาน
8And thou, O tower of the flock, hill of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, yea, the first dominion shall come, -- the kingdom to the daughter of Jerusalem.
8โอ หอคอยที่เฝ้าฝูงสัตว์เอ๋ย เจ้าผู้เป็นป้อมปราการอันแข็งแกร่งสำหรับบุตรสาวแห่งศิโยน อำนาจครอบครองดั้งเดิมจะมาสู่เจ้า ราชอาณาจักรจะมาสู่บุตรสาวแห่งเยรูซาเล็ม
9Now why dost thou cry out aloud? Is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished, that pangs have seized thee as a woman in travail?
9เออ ทำไมเจ้าร้องไห้เสียงดัง ไม่มีกษัตริย์ปกครองเจ้าหรือ ที่ปรึกษาของเจ้าพินาศเสียแล้วหรือ เจ้าจึงเจ็บปวดรวดร้าวอย่างกับหญิงจะคลอดบุตร
10Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon: there shalt thou be delivered; there Jehovah will redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.
10โอ บุตรสาวศิโยนเอ๋ย จงบิดตัวและโอดครวญไปเถิด อย่างกับหญิงจะคลอดบุตร เพราะบัดนี้เจ้าจะต้องออกไปจากนครไปพักอยู่ตามไร่นา เจ้าจะต้องไปยังบาบิโลน เจ้าจะได้รับการช่วยให้รอดพ้น ณ ที่นั่น พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงไถ่เจ้า ณ ที่นั่นให้พ้นจากมือศัตรูของเจ้า
11And now many nations are assembled against thee, that say, Let her be profaned, and let our eye look upon Zion.
11บัดนี้ ประชาชาติมากหลายได้ชุมนุมต่อสู้เจ้า กล่าวว่า "จงให้มันหมดความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ให้ตาของเราเพ่งดูศิโยน"
12But they know not the thoughts of Jehovah, neither understand they his counsel; for he hath gathered them together as the sheaves into the threshing-floor.
12แต่เขาทั้งหลายไม่ทราบถึงพระดำริของพระเยโฮวาห์ เขาทั้งหลายไม่เข้าใจในแผนการของพระองค์ ที่พระองค์จะทรงรวบรวมเขาทั้งหลายเข้ามา ดังรวมฟ่อนข้าวไว้ที่ลานนวดข้าว
13Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion, for I will make thy horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass; and thou shalt beat in pieces many peoples; and I will devote their gain to Jehovah, and their substance to the Lord of the whole earth.
13โอ บุตรสาวศิโยนเอ๋ย จงลุกขึ้นและนวดเถิด เพราะว่าเราจะทำเขาของเจ้าให้เป็นเหล็ก และกีบเท้าของเจ้าให้เป็นทองสัมฤทธิ์ และเจ้าจะตีชนชาติทั้งหลายเป็นอันมากให้เป็นชิ้นๆ และเราจะมอบสิ่งที่ได้มาถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ มอบสมบัติของเขาทั้งหลายแด่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งพิภพจบสิ้น
