¹Psalmo de David. La Eternulo diris al mia sinjoro:Sidu dekstre de Mi, GXis Mi faros viajn malamikojn benketo por viaj piedoj.

¹{Psalm of David.} Jehovah said unto my Lord, Sit at my right hand, until I put thine enemies [as] footstool of thy feet.

²La sceptron de via potenco la Eternulo sendos el Cion: Regu inter viaj malamikoj.

²Jehovah shall send the sceptre of thy might out of Zion: rule in the midst of thine enemies.

³En la tago de via potenco via popolo volonte sin donas al vi en sankta ornamo. De la komenco de matenrugxo aligxas al vi la roso de via junularo.

³Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in holy splendour: from the womb of the morning [shall come] to thee the dew of thy youth.

⁴La Eternulo jxuris, kaj ne pentos; Vi estas pastro por cxiam, Laux la maniero de Melkicedek.

⁴Jehovah hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art priest for ever after the order of Melchisedek.

⁵La Sinjoro cxe via dekstra flanko Frapas regxojn en la tago de Sia kolero.

⁵The Lord at thy right hand will smite through kings in the day of his anger.

⁶Li jugxos inter la popoloj, inter plene da kadavroj; Li frakasos la cxefon de granda lando.

⁶He shall judge among the nations; he shall fill [all places] with dead bodies; he shall smite through the head over a great country.

⁷Li trinkos el rivero sur la vojo; Tial li levos la kapon.

⁷He shall drink of the brook in the way; therefore shall he lift up the head.
