1Issand on kuningas! Ülevusega on ta riietunud. Issand on riietunud, ta on vöötunud võimusega; ka on ta kinnitanud maailma, et see ei kõiguks.
1Jehovah reigneth, he hath clothed himself with majesty: Jehovah hath clothed himself, he hath girded himself with strength; yea, the world is established, it shall not be moved.
2Sinu aujärg on kinnitatud muistsest ajast, igavikust oled sina.
2Thy throne is established of old; thou art from eternity.
3Jõed tõstsid, Issand, jõed tõstsid oma häält, jõed tõstsid kohinat.
3The floods lifted up, O Jehovah, the floods lifted up their voice; the floods lifted up their roaring waves.
4Ülevam kui paljude vete kohin, ülevam kui mere lained on Issand ülal kõrgel.
4Jehovah on high is mightier than the voices of many waters, than the mighty breakers of the sea.
5Sinu tunnistused on väga ustavad, sinu kojale on omane pühadus, oh Issand, igaveseks ajaks!
5Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thy house, O Jehovah, for ever.
