Young`s Literal Translation

Job

30

1Fa ankehitriny kosa dia mihomehy ahy na dia izay tokon-jandriko aza, dia zanak'ireo izay nolaviko tsy ho isan'ny amboa miandry ny ondriko akory aza.
1And now, laughed at me, Have the younger in days than I, Whose fathers I have loathed to set With the dogs of my flock.
2Eny, mampaninona ahy ny herin'ny tànan'ireo. Izay efa very fahatanjahana?
2Also — the power of their hands, why [is it] to me? On them hath old age perished.
3Manjenjena noho ny tsi-fisian-kanina sy ny mosary izy; Homankomana foana any an-tany karankaina izy, dia eo an-katoky ny loza sy ny fandringanana.[Na: Ana, na Kaozatra, na Tsy manan-janaka]
3With want and with famine gloomy, Those fleeing to a dry place, Formerly a desolation and waste,
4Mitsongo anambodihena eo amin'ny kirihitrala izy, ary ny fakan'ny anjavidy no fihinany.[Heb. rotema; izahao 1 Mpan. xix. 4]
4Those cropping mallows near a shrub, And broom-roots [is] their food.
5Roahina tsy ho eo amin'ny olona izy sady akoraina toy ny mpangalatra.
5From the midst they are cast out, (They shout against them as a thief),
6Any an-dohasaha mahatsiravina no tsy maintsy itoerany, dia ao an-dava-tany sy an-dava-bato.
6In a frightful place of valleys to dwell, Holes of earth and clefts.
7Minananana eny amin'ny kirihitrala izy ary mitangorona eo ambanin'ny amiana.
7Among shrubs they do groan, Under nettles they are gathered together.
8Zanaky ny adala izy sady zanaky ny tsy manan-kaja, ka roahina tsy ho eo amin'ny tany.
8Sons of folly — even sons without name, They have been smitten from the land.
9Ary ankehitriny efa ataony an-kira aho. Eny, efa ambentinteniny aho.
9And now, their song I have been, And I am to them for a byword.
10Ataony toy ny zava-betaveta aho ka halaviriny, ary tsy menatra handrora ny tavako izy.
10They have abominated me, They have kept far from me, And from before me have not spared to spit.
11Fa noketrahin'Andriamanitra ny kofehiko, ka nampietreny aho; Ka dia mba nesorin'iretsy kosa teo anatrehako ny lamboridiny.
11Because His cord He loosed and afflicteth me, And the bridle from before me, They have cast away.
12Misy androvolahy mitsangana eo ankavanako; Manosika ny tongotro hiala izy ary manandratra tovon-tany hampidirany loza amiko.
12On the right hand doth a brood arise, My feet they have cast away, And they raise up against me, Their paths of calamity.
13Mandrava ny lalako sy manararaotra ny andravana ahy izy, nefa ny tenany tsy manan-kamonjy,
13They have broken down my path, By my calamity they profit, `He hath no helper.`
14Toy ny fiditra eo amin'ny banga lehibe no fihaviny, ka avy ao amin'ny voarava no imaonany.[Na: Raha mbola miezinezina, dia mimaona izy]
14As a wide breach they come, Under the desolation have rolled themselves.
15Voatodika hamely ahy ny fampitahorana: Manenjika ny voninahitro tahaka ny rivotra izy, ka levona tahaka ny rahona ny famonjena ahy
15He hath turned against me terrors, It pursueth as the wind mine abundance, And as a thick cloud, Hath my safety passed away.
16Ary ankehitriny, raraka ato anatiko ny fanahiko. Fenjàn'ny andro fahoriana aho.
16And now, in me my soul poureth itself out, Seize me do days of affliction.
17Ny alina mampahalò ny taolako ho afaka amiko, ary tsy mitsahatra ireo manotahota ahy ireo.[Heb. manindrona]
17At night my bone hath been pierced in me, And mine eyelids do not lie down.
18Noho ny haben'ny hery dia tonga tsy antonona ny akanjoko, manenda ahy tahaka ny vozon-dobaka izany.
18By the abundance of power, Is my clothing changed, As the mouth of my coat it doth gird me.
19Eny, nanary ahy teo amin'ny fotaka Izy, ka efa tahaka ny vovoka sy ny lavenona aho
19Casting me into mire, And I am become like dust and ashes.
20Mitaraina aminao aho, nefa tsy mihaino ahy Hianao; Mijoro eo aho, nefa ierenao foana.
20I cry unto Thee, And Thou dost not answer me, I have stood, and Thou dost consider me.
21Efa manjary lozabe amiko Hianao; Ny herin'ny tananao no andrafianao ahy.
21Thou art turned to be fierce to me, With the strength of Thy hand, Thou oppresest me.
22Aingainao ho eny amin'ny rivotra aho ka alefanao handeha, ary levoninao amin'ny tafio-drivotra mifofofofo ho tsinontsinona aho.
22Thou dost lift me up, On the wind Thou dost cause me to ride, And Thou meltest — Thou levellest me.
23Fa fantatro fa hampodinao any amin'ny fahafatesana aho, dia any amin'ny trano fivorian'ny olombelona rehetra.
23For I have known To death Thou dost bring me back, And [to] the house appointed for all living.
24Kanefa tsy manainga ny tànany va ny olona, raha ianjeran'ny rava? Ary tsy mitaraina va izy, raha tratry ny loza? [Na: raha mila ho potraka izy]
24Surely not against the heap Doth He send forth the hand, Though in its ruin they have safety.
25Tsy nitomany ny ory va aho? Tsy nangorakoraka ny malahelo va ny fanahiko?
25Did not I weep for him whose day is hard? Grieved hath my soul for the needy.
26Fa niandry ny soa aho, kanjo tonga ny ratsy; Ary nanantena ny mazava aho, kanjo avy ny maizina.
26When good I expected, then cometh evil, And I wait for light, and darkness cometh.
27Nandevilevy ny tsinaiko ka tsy nanam-pitsaharana; Nitsena ahy ny andro fahoriana.
27My bowels have boiled, and have not ceased, Gone before me have days of affliction.
28Mitsaitsaika mitafy lamba fisaonana aho sady tsy mahita masoandro; Mitsangana aho ka mitaraina eo ampivorian'ny olona.[Na: Efa mainty aho, fa tsy avy amin'ny hain'andro]
28Mourning I have gone without the sun, I have risen, in an assembly I cry.
29Rahalahin'ny amboadia aho Ary naman'ny ostritsa.[Na: jakala]
29A brother I have been to dragons, And a companion to daughters of the ostrich.
30Efa mainty ny hoditro sady miendakendaka, ary efa karankaina noho ny hafanana ny taolako.[Heb. fahamainana]Nanjary fisaonana ny lokangako. Ary feon'ny mitomany ny sodiko.
30My skin hath been black upon me, And my bone hath burned from heat,
31Nanjary fisaonana ny lokangako. Ary feon'ny mitomany ny sodiko.
31And my harp doth become mourning, And my organ the sound of weeping.
