1To the Overseer. — A Psalm, a song of David. Rise doth God — scattered are His enemies! And those hating Him flee from His face.

2As the driving away of smoke Thou drivest away, As the melting of wax before fire, The wicked perish at the presence of God.

3And the righteous rejoice, they exult before God, And they joy with gladness.
4Mihirà ho an'Andriamanitra, mankalazà ny anarany; manamboara lalana ho an'izay mitaingina mamaky ny efitra Jehovah no anarany ary mifalia eo anatrehany.
4Sing ye to God — praise His name, Raise up a highway for Him who is riding in deserts, In Jah [is] His name, and exult before Him.
5Rain'ny kamboty sy Mpanome rariny ny mpitondratena Andriamanitra, ao amin'ny fonenany masina.
5Father of the fatherless, and judge of the widows, [Is] God in His holy habitation.
6Andriamanitra mampitoetra an-trano izay irery tena; mamoaka ny mpifatotra ho amin'ny fanambinana Izy; fa ny maditra hitoetra amin'ny tany karankaina.
6God — causing the lonely to dwell at home, Bringing out bound ones into prosperity, Only — the refractory have inhabited a dry place.
7Andriamanitra ô, raha nandeha teo alohan'ny olonao Hianao ka namaky ny efitra,
7O God, in Thy going forth before Thy people, In Thy stepping through the wilderness, Selah.
8Dia nihorohoro ny tany, ary nitaitaika ny lanitra, tamin'ny fanatrehan'Andriamanitra, na iry Sinay iry aza tamin'ny fanatrehan'Andriamanitra, Andriamanitry ny Isiraely.
8The earth hath shaken, Yea, the heavens have dropped before God, This Sinai — before God, the God of Israel.
9Ranonoram-pitahiana no nalatsakao tamin'ny lovanao, Andriamanitra ô; ary raha kotra izy, dia novelombelominao.
9A shower of free-will gifts thou shakest out, O God. Thine inheritance, when it hath been weary, Thou hast established it.
10Ny olonao tamàn-toerana teo; mamboatra ho an'ny ory araka ny fahasoavanao Hianao, Andriamanitra ô.[Heb. bibinao]
10Thy company have dwelt in it, Thou preparest in Thy goodness for the poor, O God.
11Ny Tompo manome ny teny; ary ny vehivavy mpilaza soa dia antokony lehibe.
11The Lord doth give the saying, The female proclaimers [are] a numerous host.
12Ireo mpanjaka be miaramila dia vaky mandositra; ary ny vehivavy izay mitoetra ao an-trano no mizara ny babo.
12Kings of hosts flee utterly away, And a female inhabitant of the house apportioneth spoil.
13Raha mandry eo amin'ny vala ianareo, dia ho tahaka ny ela-boromailala miravaka volafotsy, ary ny volony miravaka volamena tsara
13Though ye do lie between two boundaries, Wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.
14Raha aelin'ny Tsitoha eo ny mpanjaka maro, dia latsaka ny oram-panala ao Zalmona.
14When the Mighty spreadeth kings in it, It doth snow in Salmon.
15Tendrombohitr'Andriamanitra ny tendrombohitr'i Basana. Tendrombohitra maro tampona ny tendrombohitr'i Basana.
15A hill of God [is] the hill of Bashan, A hill of heights [is] the hill of Bashan.
16Ry tendrombohitra maro tampona, nahoana ianareo no mihendry ny tendrombohitra izay tian'Andriamanitra hitoerany? eny, hitoetra ao mandrakizay Jehovah.
16Why do ye envy, O high hills, The hill God hath desired for His seat? Jehovah also doth tabernacle for ever.
17Ny kalesin'Andriamanitra dia roa alina, eny, arivo arivo; ny Tompo no eo aminy; Sinay dia eo amin'ny itoerana masina.[Na: amin'ny fahamasinana]
17The chariots of God [are] myriads, thousands of changes, The Lord [is] among them, in Sinai, in the sanctuary.
18Efa niakatra ho any amin'ny avo Hianao ka mitondra babo; efa nandray fanomezana teo amin'ny olombelona Hianao - eny, teo amin'ny maditra aza,- mba hitoeran'i Jehovah Andriamanitra any.[Na: ao aminy; na: mba hitoeranao any, ry Jehovah Andriamanitra; na: Efa nandray olona ho fanomezana Hianao Eny, na dia ny maditra aza mba hitoeranay ao amin'i Jehovah Andriamanitra]
18Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast taken captive captivity, Thou hast taken gifts for men, That even the refractory may rest, O Jah God.
19Isaorana anie ny Tompo Izay mitondra ny entan-tsika isan'andro isan'andro, eny, Andriamanitra Izay famonjena antsika. 19Blessed [is] the Lord, day by day He layeth on us. God Himself [is] our salvation. Selah.
20Andriamanitra no Andriamanitry ny famonjena ho antsika; ary an'i Jehovah Tompo ny fanafahana amin'ny fahafatesana.
20God Himself [is] to us a God for deliverances, And Jehovah Lord hath the outgoings of death.
21Fa Andriamanitra mamely mafy ny lohan'ny fahavalony, dia ny tampon-doha lava volo an'izay mandroso amin'ny fahadisoany.
21Only — God doth smite The head of His enemies, The hairy crown of a habitual walker in his guilt.
22Lazain'ny Tompo hoe: hampody ny any Basana Aho; hampody ny amin'ny ranomasina lalina Aho,
22The Lord said: `From Bashan I bring back, I bring back from the depths of the sea.
23Mba hampihosenanao rà ny tongotrao, ary ho anjaran'ny lelan'ny amboanao ny fahavalo.
23So that thou dashest thy foot in blood, [In the blood of] enemies — the tongue of Thy dogs.`
24Efa hita ny fandehananao, Andriamanitra ô, dia ny fandehanan'Andriamanitro, Mpanjakako, ao amin'ny fitoerana masina.[Na: amin'ny fahamasinana]
24They have seen Thy goings, O God, Goings of my God, my king, in the sanctuary.
25Mialoha ny mpihira, ary manaraka ny mpitendry valiha, eo afovoan'ny zatovovavy mively ampongatapaka.
25Singers have been before, Behind [are] players on instruments, In the midst virgins playing with timbrels.
26Misaora an'Andriamanitra eo amin'ny fiangonana, eny, misaora ny Tompo, ianareo ary amin'ny loharanon'ny Isiraely.
26In assemblies bless ye God, The Lord — from the fountain of Israel.
27Indry Benjamina kely, mpanapaka azy, ny antokon'ny mpanapaka ny Joda, ny mpanapaka ny Zebolona sy ny mpanapaka ny Naftaly.
27There [is] little Benjamin their ruler, Heads of Judah their defence, Heads of Zebulun — heads of Naphtali.
28Andriamanitrao no nampahery anao; Ry Andriamanitra Izay miasa ho anay ô, asehoy ny herinao.
28Thy God hath commanded thy strength, Be strong, O God, this Thou hast wrought for us.
29Noho ny tempolinao eo an-tampon'i Jerosalema, no hitondran'ny mpanjaka maro fanatitra ho Anao.[Na: Avy amin']
29Because of Thy temple at Jerusalem, To Thee do kings bring a present.

30Rebuke a beast of the reeds, a company of bulls, With calves of the peoples, Each humbling himself with pieces of silver, Scatter Thou peoples delighting in conflicts.
31Ho avy ny tremalahin'i Egypta; Etiopia halaky hananty tanana amin'Andriamanitra.
31Come do fat ones out of Egypt, Cush causeth her hands to run to God.
32Ry fanjakana ambonin'ny tany, mihirà ho an'Andriamanitra; mankalazà ny Tompo,
32Kingdoms of the earth, sing ye to God, Praise ye the Lord. Selah.
33Ilay mitaingina ny lanitry ny lanitra izay hatry ny fahagola; Indro, mamoaka ny feony Izy, dia feo mahery.
33To him who is riding on the heavens of the heavens of old, Lo, He giveth with His voice a strong voice.
34Ekeo ho an'Andriamanitra ny hery; ambonin'ny Isiraely ny voninahiny, ary ny heriny any amin'ny lanitra.Mahatahotra Hianao, Andriamanitra ô, ao amin'ny fitoeranao masina; Andriamanitry ny Isiraely no manome hery sy tanjaka ho an'ny olona. Isaorana anie Andriamanitra.
34Ascribe ye strength to God, Over Israel [is] His excellency, and His strength in the clouds.
35Mahatahotra Hianao, Andriamanitra ô, ao amin'ny fitoeranao masina; Andriamanitry ny Isiraely no manome hery sy tanjaka ho an'ny olona. Isaorana anie Andriamanitra.
35Fearful, O God, out of Thy sanctuaries, The God of Israel Himself, Giving strength and might to the people. Blessed [is] God!
