1ആരോഹണ ഗീതം
1Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh.
2യഹോവേ, ആഴത്തില്‍നിന്നു ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു;
2Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.
3കര്‍ത്താവേ, എന്റെ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന കേള്‍ക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ ചെവി എന്റെ യാചനകള്‍ക്കു ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചിരിക്കേണമേ.
3If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?
4യഹോവേ, നീ അകൃത്യങ്ങളെ ഔര്‍മ്മവെച്ചാല്‍ കര്‍ത്താവേ, ആര്‍ നിലനിലക്കും?
4But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.
5എങ്കിലും നിന്നെ ഭയപ്പെടുവാന്‍ തക്കവണ്ണം നിന്റെ പക്കല്‍ വിമോചനം ഉണ്ടു.
5I wait for Yahweh. My soul waits. I hope in his word.
6ഞാന്‍ യഹോവെക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഉള്ളം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ വചനത്തില്‍ ഞാന്‍ പ്രത്യാശവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
6My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning; more than watchmen for the morning.
7ഉഷസ്സിന്നായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവരെക്കാള്‍, ഉഷസ്സിന്നായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവരെക്കാള്‍ എന്റെ ഉള്ളം യഹോവെക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
7Israel, hope in Yahweh, for with Yahweh there is loving kindness. With him is abundant redemption.
8യിസ്രായേലേ, യഹോവയില്‍ പ്രത്യാശവെച്ചുകൊള്‍ക; യഹോവേക്കു കൃപയും അവന്റെപക്കല്‍ ധാരാളം വീണ്ടെടുപ്പും ഉണ്ടു.
8He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
9അവന്‍ യിസ്രായേലിനെ അവന്റെ അകൃത്യങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നൊക്കെയും വീണ്ടെടുക്കും.
