¹I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart. I will tell of all your marvelous works.

²Voi face din Tine bucuria şi veselia mea, voi cînta Numele tău, Dumnezeule Prea Înalte,

²I will be glad and rejoice in you. I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.

³pentrucă vrăjmaşii mei dau înapoi, se clatină, şi pier dinaintea Ta.

³When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish in your presence.

⁴căci Tu îmi sprijineşti dreptatea şi pricina mea, şi stai pe scaunul Tău de domnie ca un judecător drept.

⁴For you have maintained my just cause. You sit on the throne judging righteously.

⁵Tu pedepseşti neamurile, nimiceşti pe cel rău, le ştergi numele pentru totdeauna şi pe vecie.

⁵You have rebuked the nations. You have destroyed the wicked. You have blotted out their name forever and ever.

⁶S'au dus vrăjmaşii! N'au rămas din ei decît nişte dărîmături vecinice! Nişte cetăţi dărîmate de Tine! Li s'a şters pomenirea!

⁶The enemy is overtaken by endless ruin. The very memory of the cities which you have overthrown has perished.

⁷Ei s'au dus, dar Domnul împărăteşte în veac, şi Şi -a pregătit scaunul de domnie pentru judecată.

⁷But Yahweh reigns forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment.

⁸El judecă lumea cu dreptate, judecă popoarele cu nepărtinire.

⁸He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness.

⁹Domnul este scăparea celui asuprit, scăpare la vreme de necaz.

⁹Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble.

¹⁰Cei ce cunosc Numele Tău, se încred în Tine, căci Tu nu părăseşti pe cei ce Te caută, Doamne!

¹⁰Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek you.

¹¹Cîntaţi Domnului, care împărăţeşte în Sion, vestiţi printre popoare isprăvile Lui!

¹¹Sing praises to Yahweh, who dwells in Zion, and declare among the people what he has done.

¹²Căci El răzbună sîngele vărsat, şi Îşi aduce aminte de cei nenorociţi, nu uită strigătele lor.

¹²For he who avenges blood remembers them. He doesn’t forget the cry of the afflicted.

¹³Ai milă de mine, Doamne! Vezi ticăloşia în care mă aduc vrăjmaşii mei, şi ridică-mă din porţile morţii,

¹³Have mercy on me, Yahweh. See my affliction by those who hate me, and lift me up from the gates of death;

¹⁴ca să vestesc toate laudele Tale, în porţile fiicei Sionului, şi să mă bucur de mîntuirea Ta.

¹⁴that I may show forth all your praise. In the gates of the daughter of Zion, I will rejoice in your salvation.

¹⁵Neamurile cad în groapa pe care au făcut -o, şi li se prinde piciorul în laţul pe care l-au ascuns.

¹⁵The nations have sunk down in the pit that they made. In the net which they hid, their own foot is taken.

¹⁶Domnul Se arată, face dreptate, şi prinde pe cel rău în lucrul mînilor lui. (Joc de instrumente. Oprire.)

¹⁶Yahweh has made himself known. He has executed judgment. The wicked is snared by the work of his own hands. Meditation. Selah.

¹⁷Cei răi se întorc la locuinţa morţilor: toate neamurile cari uită pe Dumnezeu.

¹⁷The wicked shall be turned back to Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. , even all the nations that forget God.

¹⁸Căci cel nenorocit nu este uitat pe vecie, nădejdea celor sărmani nu piere pe vecie.

¹⁸For the needy shall not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the poor perish forever.

¹⁹Scoală-Te, Doamne, ca să nu biruie omul; neamurile să fie judecate înaintea Ta!

¹⁹Arise, Yahweh! Don’t let man prevail. Let the nations be judged in your sight.

²⁰Aruncă groaza în ei, Doamne, ca să ştie popoarele că nu sînt decît oameni! (Oprire.)

²⁰Put them in fear, Yahweh. Let the nations know that they are only men. Selah.
