4

1Ashun so mai motsav: O shav kai trobul te lel o mishtimos peske dadesko sa andek fielo diela lo ke sar iek manush kai si phanglo zhi kai godi avela terno, marka ke so godi si lesko si.
1And I say, so long time as the heir is a babe, he differeth nothing from a servant — being lord of all,
2Akana kai si terno, thodino lo kal manush kai len sama lestar ai te len sama katar leski dieli zhi pe vriama kai lesko dat phendia.
2but is under tutors and stewards till the time appointed of the father,
3Iame zhi kai godi samas sar glati, phangle sama kal dieli kadala lumiake.
3so also we, when we were babes, under the elements of the world were in servitude,
4Numa kana e vriama kai sas thodi avili, O Del tradia peske Shaves. Kerdilo katar iek zhuvli, ai traiilas tele zakono le Zhidovongo.
4and when the fulness of time did come, God sent forth His Son, come of a woman, come under law,

5that those under law he may redeem, that the adoption of sons we may receive;
6Te sikavel tumenge ke leske shave san, O Del tradia ande amare ile O Swunto Duxo peske Shavesko, O Swunto Duxo kai tsipil, "Dat, Murho Dat."
6and because ye are sons, God did send forth the spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, `Abba, Father!`

7so that thou art no more a servant, but a son, and if a son, also an heir of God through Christ.

8But then, indeed, not having known God, ye were in servitude to those not by nature gods,
9Numa akana kai zhanen le Devles, inker mai bini, akana kai O Del zhanel tume, sar sai mai tume zhan palpale ka kodola kovle ai chorhe dieli la phuviake? Sar sai dashtilpe ke tume mangen pale te aven phangle lende?
9and now, having known God — and rather being known by God — how turn ye again unto the weak and poor elements to which anew ye desire to be in servitude?
10Tume len sama zurales ka uni dies, ka uni shon, ka uni vriama, ai ka uni bersh.
10days ye observe, and months, and times, and years!
11Dar mange ando tumende! Ke sa e buchi kai kerdem mashkar tumende avela intaino?
11I am afraid of you, lest in vain I did labour toward you.
12Murhe phral, mangav ma tumendar, kerdion sar mande. Sar me kerdilem sar tumende, chi kerdian mange chi iek nasulimos.
12Become as I [am] — because I also [am] as ye brethren, I beseech you; to me ye did no hurt,
13Tume seren tume sostar, andem tumenge e lashi viasta e pervo data; sostar ke naswalo simas.
13and ye have known that through infirmity of the flesh I did proclaim good news to you at the first,
14Murho stato o naswalo sas te zumavel tumen, numa chi simas tumenge gratsia ai chi shudian ma. Numa premisardian ma sar iek angelo le Devlesko, vai sar O Jesus Kristo.
14and my trial that [is] in my flesh ye did not despise nor reject, but as a messenger of God ye did receive me — as Christ Jesus;
15Defial raduime sanas! Apo so kerdilia tumensa akana? Sai mothav kacha diela pa tumende: te sai dashtisardianas lianas tumare iakha avri, ai dianas le mange.
15what then was your happiness? for I testify to you, that if possible, your eyes having plucked out, ye would have given to me;
16Apo akana so kerdilem tumaro duzhmano kai mothav tumenge o chachimos?
16so that your enemy have I become, being true to you?
17Kodo narodo sikaven but ke volin tume, numa lenge ginduria nai lashe karing tumende. So won mangen si te len tume amendar, saxke te keren buchi lenge.
17they are zealous for you — [yet] not well, but they wish to shut us out, that for them ye may be zealous;
18Mishto te avel tumen ilo te keren o mishtimos ande swako vriama, ai na ferdi kana sim mashkar tumende.
18and [it is] good to be zealously regarded, in what is good, at all times, and not only in my being present with you;
19Murhe kuchi shave! Haliarav pale iek chino tumenge, sar iek chino kai si la zhuvlia kana bianjol lake iek glata, zhi kai O Kristo lashardiol ande tumende.
19my little children, of whom again I travail in birth, till Christ may be formed in you,
20Sode manglemas te avav pasha tumende akana, saxke te sai dav tumensa duma averfielo, ke chi zhanav so kerdilia tumensa.
20and I was wishing to be present with you now, and to change my voice, because I am in doubt about you.
21Phenen mange tume kai mangen te aven tela zakono, pate chi aliarena so mothol o zakono?
21Tell me, ye who are willing to be under law, the law do ye not hear?
22O zakono mothol ke o Abraham sas les dui shave, iek katar iek zhuvli kai sas phangli, ai iek katar iek zhuvli kai nas phangli.
22for it hath been written, that Abraham had two sons, one by the maid-servant, and one by the free-woman,
23O shav kai sas les katar e zhuvli kai sas phangli biandilo sar aver, numa o shav kai sas les katar e zhuvli kai nas phangli biandilo sar O Del shinadiasas.
23but he who [is] of the maid-servant, according to flesh hath been, and he who [is] of the free-woman, through the promise;
24Sai haliaren la sar iek patreto: le dui zhuvlia si le dui kontrakturia pachi, iek anda kodola pachi sikavel katar e Hagar, ai kucha anda Mount Sinai, biandiol lake glati phangle.
24which things are allegorized, for these are the two covenants: one, indeed, from mount Sinai, to servitude bringing forth, which is Hagar;
25E Hagar si o Mount Sinai kai si ande Arabia, woi malavel ka foro kai si ande Jerusalem, kai si phangli peske manushensa.
25for this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and doth correspond to the Jerusalem that now [is], and is in servitude with her children,
26Numa e Jerusalem kai si ande rhaio nai phangli, ai woi si amari dei.
26and the Jerusalem above is the free-woman, which is mother of us all,
27Ke E Vorba le Devleski mothol, "Raduisavo tu, zhuvlio kai shoxar nashti avilian tu glate! Tsipisar raduimastar, tu kai shoxar chi zhanglian le dukha la zhuvliake kai sas la glate! Ke e zhuvli kai sas mekli avela la mai but glate de sar la zhuvlia kai si la rhom.
27for it hath been written, `Rejoice, O barren, who art not bearing; break forth and cry, thou who art not travailing, because many [are] the children of the desolate — more than of her having the husband.`
28Numa tume, murhe phral, tume san shave kai biandilian sar sas shinado katar O Del, sar o Isaac.
28And we, brethren, as Isaac, are children of promise,
29Mai anglal o shav kai biandilo ando stato chinuilas kodoles kai biandilosas pala Swunto Duxo le Devlesko; ai sakadia si akana.
29but as then he who was born according to the flesh did persecute him according to the spirit, so also now;
30Numa so mothol E Vorba le Devleski? Woi mothol, "Gonisar la zhuvlia kai si phangli ai lake shaves; ke o shav la zhuvliako kai si phanglo chi avela les so sas shinado katar o dat le shavesa kai si la zhuvliako kai nai phanglo."
30but what saith the Writing? `Cast forth the maid-servant and her son, for the son of the maid-servant may not be heir with the son of the free-woman;`
31Anda kodia, murhe phral, chi sam shave la zhuvliake kai si phangle, numa la zhuvliake kai nai phangle.
31then, brethren, we are not a maid-servant`s children, but the free-woman`s.
