103

1Rumbidza Jehovha, mweya wangu; Zvose zviri mukati mangu ngazvirumbidze zita rake dzvene.
1{[A Psalm] of David.} Bless Jehovah, O my soul; and all that is within me, [bless] his holy name!
2Rumbidza Jehovha, mweya wangu, Urege kukangamwa mikomborero yake;
2Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3Iye, anokangamwira zvakaipa zvako zvose; Anoporesa kurwara kwako kose;
3Who forgiveth all thine iniquities, who healeth all thy diseases;
4Anodzikunura hupenyu hwako pakuparadzwa; Anokuisa korona younyoro netsitsi;
4Who redeemeth thy life from the pit, who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;
5Anogutisa moyo wako nezvakanaka; Kuti utsva hwako huvandudzwe segondo.
5Who satisfieth thine old age with good [things]; thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6Jehovha anoita zvinhu zvakarurama, Nokururamisira vose vanomanikidzwa.
6Jehovah executeth righteousness and justice for all that are oppressed.
7Akazivisa Mozisi nzira dzake, Navana vaIsiraeri zvaakaita.
7He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8Jehovha anetsitsi nenyasha, Haachimbidziki kutsamwa, ane tsitsi zhinji.
8Jehovah is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving-kindness.
9Haangarambi achirwa; Uye haangarambi akatsamwa nokusingaperi.
9He will not always chide, neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
10Haana kutiitira sezvakafanira zvivi zvedu, Kana kutipa mubayiro sezvakafanira zvakaipa zvedu.
10He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11nekuti sokukwirira kokudenga kumusoro, Ndizvo zvakaita kukura kwetsitsi dzake kuna vanomutya.
11For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving-kindness toward them that fear him.
12Sokuva kure kwamabvazuva namavirira, Saizvozvo akabvisa kudarika kwedu kose kure nesu.
12As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13Sokunzwira tsitsi kwababa vana vake, Saizvozvo Jehovha anonzwira tsitsi vanomutya.
13As a father pitieth [his] children, so Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.
14Nekuti iye anoziva chatakaitwa nacho, Anorangarira kuti tiri guruva.
14For himself knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15Kana ari munhu, mazuva ake akaita souswa; Seruva resango, iye anokura saizvozvo.
15As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth:
16Nekuti imhepo inopfuura pamusoro paro, onei raenda; Nenzvimbo yaro haicharizivi.
16For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone, and the place thereof knoweth it no more.
17Asi tsitsi dzaJehovha dziripo nokusingaperi-peri kuna vanomutya, Nokururama kwake kuvana vavana vavo;
17But the loving-kindness of Jehovah is from everlasting and to everlasting, upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children,
18kuna ivo vanochengeta sungano yake, Nokuna vanorangarira zvaakaraira, kuti vazviite.
18To such as keep his covenant and to those that remember his precepts to do them.
19Jehovha akasimbisa chigaro chake choushe kudenga-denga; Ushe hwake hunobata zvinhu zvose.
19Jehovah hath established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20Rumbidzai Jehovha, imwi vatumwa vake; imwi mhare dzine simba, munoita zvaakataura, Muchiteerera inzwi reshoko rake.
20Bless Jehovah, ye his angels, mighty in strength, that execute his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21Rumbidzai Jehovha, imwi hondo dzake dzose; imwi vashumiri vake, vanoita zvinomufadza.
21Bless Jehovah, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his that do his will.
22Rumbidzai Jehovha, imwi mabasa ake ose, Panzvimbo dzose dzoumambo hwake; Rumbidza Jehovha, mweya wangu!
22Bless Jehovah, all his works, in all places of his dominion. Bless Jehovah, O my soul!
