1พระเยโฮวาห์จึงตรัสกับโมเสสว่า "บัดนี้เจ้าจะได้เห็นเหตุการณ์ซึ่งเราจะกระทำแก่ฟาโรห์ คือด้วยมืออันทรงฤทธิ์ เขาจะปล่อยพลไพร่ไป และด้วยมืออันเข้มแข็ง เขาจะไล่พลไพร่ออกจากแผ่นดินของเขา"
1Yahweh said to Moses, “Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh, for by a strong hand he shall let them go, and by a strong hand he shall drive them out of his land.”
2พระเจ้าตรัสกับโมเสสว่า "เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์
2God spoke to Moses, and said to him, “I am Yahweh;
3เราปรากฏแก่อับราฮัม แก่อิสอัค และแก่ยาโคบด้วยนามว่า พระเจ้าผู้ทรงมหิทธิฤทธิ์ แต่เรามิได้สำแดงให้เขารู้จักเราในนามพระเยโฮวาห์
3and I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty; but by my name Yahweh I was not known to them.
4และเราได้ตั้งพันธสัญญาของเราไว้กับเขาทั้งหลายด้วยว่า จะยกแผ่นดินคานาอันให้แก่เขา เป็นแผ่นดินที่เขาเคยอาศัยอยู่ในฐานะคนต่างด้าว
4I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their travels, in which they lived as aliens.
5และเราได้ยินเสียงคร่ำครวญของชนชาติอิสราเอลด้วย ซึ่งชาวอียิปต์กักไว้ให้เป็นทาส และเราได้ระลึกถึงพันธสัญญาของเรา
5Moreover I have heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered my covenant.
6เหตุฉะนี้จงกล่าวแก่ชนชาติอิสราเอลว่า `เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ เราจะนำพวกเจ้าไปให้พ้นจากงานตรากตรำที่ชาวอียิปต์เกณฑ์ให้ทำ และจะให้พ้นจากการเป็นทาสเขา เราจะช่วยเจ้าให้พ้นด้วยแขนที่เหยียดออก และด้วยการพิพากษาอันใหญ่หลวง
6Therefore tell the children of Israel, ‘I am Yahweh, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm, and with great judgments:
7เราจะรับพวกเจ้าเป็นพลไพร่ของเรา และเราจะเป็นพระเจ้าของพวกเจ้า พวกเจ้าจะรู้ว่า เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเจ้า ผู้นำเจ้าไปให้พ้นจากงานตรากตรำที่ชาวอียิปต์เกณฑ์ให้ทำ
7and I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God; and you shall know that I am Yahweh your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
8เราจะนำพวกเจ้าเข้าไปในแผ่นดิน ซึ่งเราได้ปฏิญาณไว้ว่าจะให้แก่อับราฮัม แก่อิสอัคและแก่ยาโคบ เราจะยกแผ่นดินนั้นให้แก่เจ้าเป็นมรดก เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์'"
8I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it to you for a heritage: I am Yahweh.’”
9โมเสสจึงนำความนั้นไปเล่าให้ชนชาติอิสราเอลฟัง แต่เขามิได้เชื่อฟังโมเสสเพราะระอาใจ และถูกเกณฑ์ให้ทำการหนักอย่างสาหัส
9Moses spoke so to the children of Israel, but they didn’t listen to Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage.
10พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า
10Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
11"จงเข้าไปเฝ้าฟาโรห์กษัตริย์แห่งอียิปต์ บอกให้ปล่อยชนชาติอิสราเอลไปจากแผ่นดินของเขา"
11“Go in, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.”
12และโมเสสกราบทูลต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์ว่า "ดูเถิด แม้แต่ชนชาติอิสราเอลก็มิได้เชื่อฟังข้าพระองค์ ฟาโรห์จะฟังข้าพระองค์อย่างไร ข้าพระองค์เป็นคนพูดไม่คล่อง"
12Moses spoke before Yahweh, saying, “Behold, the children of Israel haven’t listened to me. How then shall Pharaoh listen to me, who am of uncircumcised lips?”
13พระเยโฮวาห์จึงตรัสแก่โมเสสและอาโรน ให้แจ้งแก่ชนชาติอิสราเอลและฟาโรห์กษัตริย์อียิปต์ว่า ให้พาชนชาติอิสราเอลออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์
13Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them a command to the children of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.
14คนเหล่านี้เป็นหัวหน้าในวงศ์วานบรรพบุรุษของเขา บุตรชายของรูเบนผู้เป็นบุตรหัวปีของอิสราเอล ชื่อฮาโนค ปัลลู เฮสโรน และคารมี คนเหล่านี้เป็นครอบครัวต่างๆของรูเบน
14These are the heads of their fathers’ houses. The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel: Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi; these are the families of Reuben.
15บุตรชายของสิเมโอนชื่อเยมูเอล ยามีน โอหาด ยาคีน โศหาร์ และชาอูลผู้เป็นบุตรชายของหญิงชาวคานาอัน คนเหล่านี้เป็นครอบครัวต่างๆของสิเมโอน
15The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanite woman; these are the families of Simeon.
16และคนเหล่านี้เป็นชื่อบุตรชายของเลวีตามพงศ์พันธุ์ของเขาคือ เกอร์โชน โคฮาทและเมรารี เลวีนั้นมีอายุได้ร้อยสามสิบเจ็ดปี
16These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari; and the years of the life of Levi were one hundred thirty-seven years.
17บุตรชายของเกอร์โชนชื่อ ลิบนี และซิมอี ตามครอบครัวของเขา
17The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, according to their families.
18บุตรชายของโคฮาทชื่อ อัมราม อิสฮาร์ เฮโบรน และอุสซีเอล โคฮาทมีอายุได้ร้อยสามสิบสามปี
18The sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel; and the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred thirty-three years.
19บุตรชายของเมรารีชื่อ มาฮาลี และมูชี คนเหล่านี้เป็นครอบครัวต่างๆของเลวีตามพงศ์พันธุ์ของเขา
19The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their generations.
20ฝ่ายอัมรามได้นางโยเคเบดน้องสาวบิดาของตนเป็นภรรยา แล้วนางให้กำเนิดบุตรแก่เขาชื่ออาโรนและโมเสส อัมรามมีอายุได้ร้อยสามสิบเจ็ดปี
20Amram took Jochebed his father’s sister to himself as wife; and she bore him Aaron and Moses: and the years of the life of Amram were a hundred and thirty-seven years.
21บุตรชายของอิสฮาร์ชื่อ โคราห์ เนเฟก และศิครี
21The sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.
22บุตรชายของอุสชีเอลชื่อ มิชาเอล เอลซาฟาน และสิธรี
22The sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.
23ฝ่ายอาโรนได้นางเอลีเชบาบุตรสาวของอัมมีนาดับ น้องสาวของนาโชนเป็นภรรยา นางคลอดบุตรให้เขาชื่อ นาดับ อาบีฮู เอเลอาซาร์และอิธามาร์
23Aaron took Elisheba, the daughter of Amminadab, the sister of Nahshon, as his wife; and she bore him Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
24บุตรชายของโคราห์ชื่อ อัสสีร์ เอลคานาห์ และอาบียาสาฟ คนเหล่านี้เป็นครอบครัวต่างๆของคนโคราห์
24The sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph; these are the families of the Korahites.
25ฝ่ายเอเลอาซาร์บุตรชายอาโรน ได้รับบุตรสาวคนหนึ่งของปูทิเอลเป็นภรรยา นางคลอดบุตรให้เขาชื่อ ฟีเนหัส คนเหล่านี้เป็นหัวหน้าบรรพบุรุษของคนเลวีตามครอบครัวของเขา
25Eleazar Aaron’s son took one of the daughters of Putiel as his wife; and she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites according to their families.
26อาโรนและโมเสสสองคนนี้แหละ คือผู้ที่พระเยโฮวาห์ได้ตรัสว่า "จงพาชนชาติอิสราเอลออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์ตามหมู่ตามกองของเขา"
26These are that Aaron and Moses, to whom Yahweh said, “Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies.”
27สองคนนี้แหละเป็นผู้ที่กราบทูลฟาโรห์กษัตริย์ของอียิปต์เพื่อพาชนชาติอิสราเอลออกจากอียิปต์ คือโมเสสและอาโรนนี้แหละ
27These are those who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. These are that Moses and Aaron.
28และต่อมาในวันที่พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสในแผ่นดินอียิปต์นั้น
28It happened on the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt,
29พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า "เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ เจ้าจงบอกฟาโรห์กษัตริย์ของอียิปต์ตามข้อความทั้งสิ้นซึ่งเราได้บอกแก่เจ้า"
29that Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, “I am Yahweh. Speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak to you.”
30ฝ่ายโมเสสกราบทูลต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์ว่า "ดูเถิด ข้าพระองค์เป็นคนพูดไม่คล่อง ที่ไหนฟาโรห์จะเชื่อฟังข้าพระองค์"
30Moses said before Yahweh, “Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh listen to me?”
