1Deliver me, Yahweh, from the evil man. Preserve me from the violent man;
1大卫的诗，交给诗班长。耶和华啊！求你拯救我脱离恶人，求你保护我脱离强暴的人。
2those who devise mischief in their hearts. They continually gather themselves together for war.
2他们心中图谋恶事，整天挑启争端。
3They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent. Viper’s poison is under their lips. Selah.
3他们使自己的舌头尖利，如同蛇的舌头；他们嘴里有虺蛇的毒。（细拉）
4Yahweh, keep me from the hands of the wicked. Preserve me from the violent men who have determined to trip my feet.
4耶和华啊！求你保护我脱离恶人的手，保护我脱离强暴的人，因为他们图谋推倒我。
5The proud have hidden a snare for me, they have spread the cords of a net by the path. They have set traps for me. Selah.
5骄傲的人暗中布下陷阱害我，他们在路旁张开绳索作网，设下圈套陷害我。（细拉）
6I said to Yahweh, “You are my God.” Listen to the cry of my petitions, Yahweh.
6我曾对耶和华说：“你是我的 神；耶和华啊！求你留心听我恳求的声音！”
7Yahweh, the Lord, the strength of my salvation, you have covered my head in the day of battle.
7主耶和华，拯救我的力量啊，在争战的日子，你保护了我的头。
8Yahweh, don’t grant the desires of the wicked. Don’t let their evil plans succeed, or they will become proud. Selah.
8耶和华啊！求你不要容恶人的心愿得偿，不要使他们的计谋成功，免得他们自高自大。（细拉）
9As for the head of those who surround me, let the mischief of their own lips cover them.
9至于那些围困我的人，愿他们的头被自己嘴唇的奸恶遮盖。
10Let burning coals fall on them. Let them be thrown into the fire, into miry pits, from where they never rise.
10愿炭火落在他们身上；愿他们掉在深坑里，不能再起来。
11An evil speaker won’t be established in the earth. Evil will hunt the violent man to overthrow him.
11愿搬弄是非的人在地上站立不住；愿灾祸连连猎取强暴的人。
12I know that Yahweh will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and justice for the needy.
12我知道耶和华必为困苦人伸冤，必替穷乏人辨屈。
13Surely the righteous will give thanks to your name. The upright will dwell in your presence.
13义人必称赞你的名，正直的人必住在你面前。
