1Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
1خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به هارون و پسرانش بگو که به هدیه های مقدسی که قوم اسرائیل برای من وقف می کنند احترام بگذارند و من خداوند هستم و نام مقدس مرا بی حرمت نسازند.
2“Tell Aaron and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, which they make holy to me, and that they not profane my holy name. I am Yahweh.
2در نسلهای آینده، اگر کاهنی شرعاً نجس باشد و به هدایای مقدسی که قوم اسرائیل برای من وقف کرده اند نزدیک شود، آن شخص باید از بین مقام کاهنی بر طرف گردد. من خداوند هستم.
3“Tell them, ‘If anyone of all your seed throughout your generations approaches the holy things, which the children of Israel make holy to Yahweh, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from before me. I am Yahweh.
3هیچیک از اولادۀ هارون، هرگاه مرض جلدی داشته باشد و یا از بدنش مایع جاری شود، تا زمانی که شرعاً پاک نشود حق ندارد که از هدایای مقدس بخورد. هر کاهنی که به جنازه ای دست بزند یا بخاطر خارج شدن مایع از بدنش نجس شده باشد
4“‘Whoever of the seed of Aaron is a leper or has an issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goes from him;
4و یا به حیوان یا شخصی که نجس است تماس کند،
5or whoever touches any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatever uncleanness he has;
5تا شام نجس خواهد بود و تا غسل نکند حق ندارد که از هدایای مقدس بخورد.
6the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he bathe his body in water.
6هنگام غروب آفتاب پاک می شود و بعد از آن می تواند از خوراک مقدس که حق او است بخورد.
7When the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.
7او نباید گوشت حیوان مرده یا از حیوانی را که یک جانور وحشی دریده باشد، بخورد، زیرا با این کار، خود را نجس می سازد. من خداوند هستم.
8That which dies of itself, or is torn by animals, he shall not eat, defiling himself by it. I am Yahweh.
8همۀ کاهنان باید از این هدایات پیروی کنند، در غیر آن مقصر بوده هلاک خواهند شد، زیرا اوامر مقدس مرا بجا نیاورده اند. چون من خداوند هستم و آن ها را تقدیس کرده ام.
9“‘They shall therefore follow my requirements, lest they bear sin for it, and die therein, if they profane it. I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.
9تنها کاهنان می توانند که از هدایای مقدس بخورند و هیچ کس دیگر، حتی خدمتگار و مهمان کاهن هم حق خوردن آن ها را ندارد.
10“‘No stranger shall eat of the holy thing: a foreigner living with the priests, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
10اما غلام زرخرید و یا آنهائی که در خانۀ او بدنیا آمده باشند می توانند از آن ها بخورند.
11But if a priest buys a slave, purchased by his money, he shall eat of it; and such as are born in his house, they shall eat of his bread.
11اگر دختر یک کاهن با شخصی که کاهن نباشد ازدواج کند، نباید از آن هدایا بخورد.
12If a priest’s daughter is married to an outsider, she shall not eat of the heave offering of the holy things.
12اما اگر بیوه یا طلاق شده و بی اولاد باشد و بخانۀ پدر خود برگشته باشد، آنگاه می تواند از خوراک پدر خود بخورد. پس بغیر از اعضای خاندان کاهنان، کس دیگری حق خوردن آن ها را ندارد.
13But if a priest’s daughter is a widow, or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father’s house, as in her youth, she may eat of her father’s bread: but no stranger shall eat any of it.
13و اگر کسی ندانسته از هدایای مقدس بخورد باید با مقداری که خورده است یک پنجم آنرا هم اضافه کرده به کاهن بدهد.
14“‘If a man eats something holy unwittingly, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.
14پس کاهنان نباید به اشخاص دیگر اجازه بدهند که با خوردن هدایای مقدس قوم اسرائیل که برای من وقف می کنند آن ها را بیحرمت سازد،
15The priests shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer to Yahweh,
15زیرا با این عمل مقصر شناخته می شود. من خداوند هستم و آن هدایا را تقدیس می کنم.»
16and so cause them to bear the iniquity that brings guilt, when they eat their holy things: for I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.’”
16خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به هارون، پسران او و تمام قوم اسرائیل بگو که وقتی یک اسرائیلی یا یکی از بیگانگانی که در بین آن ها زندگی می کند هدیه ای بعنوان قربانی سوختنی می آورد، چه آن هدیه نذری باشد چه دلخواه،
17Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
17و برای اینکه من آن را بپذیرم، آن قربانی باید گاو، گوسفند یا بُز، نَر و بی عیب باشد.
18“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘Whoever is of the house of Israel, or of the foreigners in Israel, who offers his offering, whether it be any of their vows, or any of their freewill offerings, which they offer to Yahweh for a burnt offering;
18و حیوانی را که عیب داشته باشد نباید قربانی کرد، زیرا من آنرا قبول نمی کنم.
19that you may be accepted, you shall offer a male without blemish, of the bulls, of the sheep, or of the goats.
19هرگاه کسی از رمه یا گلۀ خود حیوانی را بعنوان قربانی سلامتی برای من تقدیم می کند، چه این قربانی نذری باشد چه دلخواه، آن حیوان باید سالم و بی عیب باشد تا مورد قبول من واقع گردد.
20But whatever has a blemish, that you shall not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.
20حیوان کور، شل مجروح و یا حیوانیکه بدنش زخم داشته باشد نباید بر آتش قربانگاه برای من تقدیم شود.
21Whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh to accomplish a vow, or for a freewill offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted; no blemish shall be therein.
21گاو یا گوسفندی که عضو زاید یا ناقص داشته باشد می توانید آن را بعنوان هدیۀ دلخواه تقدیم کنید نه بصورت قربانی نذری.
22Blind, injured, maimed, having a wart, festering, or having a running sore, you shall not offer these to Yahweh, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to Yahweh.
22حیوانی که بیضه اش کوبیده یا بریده شده باشد نباید آن را در کشور خود برای من قربانی کنید.
23Either a bull or a lamb that has any deformity or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
23همچنین هدیه ای را که بیگانگان بعنوان هدیۀ خوردنی می آورند نباید آن را برای من تقدیم کنید، زیرا آن هدیه مثل یک حیوان معیوب قابل قبول نیست.»
24That which has its testicles bruised, crushed, broken, or cut, you shall not offer to Yahweh; neither shall you do thus in your land.
24خداوند به موسی هدایت داده فرمود: «وقتی گاو، گوسفند یا بُزی بدنیا می آید، تا هفت روز باید پیش مادرش بماند و بعد از آن می توان آن را بر آتش برای من تقدیم کرد.
25Neither shall you offer the bread of your God from the hand of a foreigner of any of these; because their corruption is in them. There is a blemish in them. They shall not be accepted for you.’”
25گاو یا گوسفند را با بره اش نباید در یک روز ذبح کرد.
26Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
26وقتی قربانی شکرگزاری را بحضور من تقدیم می کنید باید مقررات قربانی را رعایت کنید، ورنه من قربانی شما را قبول نمی کنم.
27“When a bull, or a sheep, or a goat, is born, then it shall remain seven days with its mother; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
27و گوشت آن را باید در همان روز بخورید و تا فردای آن باقی نماند.
28Whether it is a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and its young both in one day.
28احکام مرا بجا آورید، زیرا من خداوند هستم.
29“When you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to Yahweh, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.
29نام مقدس مرا بی حرمت نسازید و من که خداوند هستم شما را تقدیس می کنم، پس تمام قوم اسرائیل باید مرا مقدس بدانند،زیرا که من شما را از مصر بیرون آوردم تا خدای شما باشم. من خداوند هستم.»
30It shall be eaten on the same day; you shall leave none of it until the morning. I am Yahweh.
30زیرا که من شما را از مصر بیرون آوردم تا خدای شما باشم. من خداوند هستم.»
31“Therefore you shall keep my commandments, and do them. I am Yahweh.
32You shall not profane my holy name, but I will be made holy among the children of Israel. I am Yahweh who makes you holy,
33who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. I am Yahweh.”
