¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹خداوند این هدایات را به موسی داد: «اگر کسی مطابق نذری وقف من شود، آن شخص می تواند با پرداخت مبلغ معینی خود را آزاد سازد.

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

²معیار آن از این قرار است: مرد بیست تا شصت ساله، پنجاه مثقال نقره؛ زن بیست تا شصت ساله، سی مثقال نقره؛ پسر پنج تا بیست ساله، بیست مثقال نقره؛ دختر پنج تا بیست ساله، ده مثقال نقره؛ پسر یک ماهه تا پنج ساله، پنج مثقال نقره؛ دختر یک ماهه تا پنج ساله، سه مثقال نقره؛ مردِ از شصت ساله بالا، پانزده مثقال نقره؛ زنِ از شصت ساله بالا، ده مثقال نقره.

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³اگر شخصی فقیر باشد و نتواند که آن مبلغ را بپردازد، پس او را پیش کاهن ببرند و او مبلغی را که بتواند بپردازد، تعیین کند.

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴و اگر حیوانی را که مورد قبول من باشد، نذر کند باید آن حیوان را به من تقدیم کند و هر چیزی که به من تقدیم می شود مقدس است.

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁵و آن را نباید با چیز دیگری عوض کند و یا خوب را با بد یا بد را با خوب تغییر بدهد. و اگر چنین کند، هر دو حیوان به من تعلق می گیرند.

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶اگر حیوانی شرعاً نجس بوده جهت قربانی برای من مجاز نباشد، آنگاه آن حیوان را پیش کاهن ببرد و او از روی جنسیت حیوان قیمتی برای آن تعیین کند و این شخص باید آن مبلغ را بپردازد.

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁷و اگر آن شخص بخواهد حیوان مذکور را بازخرید کند علاوه بر قیمتی که کاهن تعیین کرده است، یک پنجم قیمت آنرا هم بپردازد.

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸هرگاه کسی خانۀ خود را وقف من کند، کاهن ارزش آن را از نگاه وضع ساختمانی آن تعیین نماید، اما اگر آن شخصی که خانه را وقف کرده است بخواهد آن را دوباره بخرد، باید بیست فیصد قیمت آنرا با مبلغ تعیین شده اضافه کرده بپردازد.

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

⁹اگر شخصی یک حصۀ زمین خود را وقفِ من کند، قیمت آن باید از روی مقدار تخمی که در آن کاشته می شود تعیین گردد. زمینی که در آن یکصد کیلو جَو کاشته شود، پنجاه مثقال نقره قیمت دارد.

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹⁰اگر شخصی زمین خود را در سال پنجاهم وقف کند، در آن صورت قیمت زمین مساوی با قیمت محصول پنجاه سالۀ آن می باشد.

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹¹اما اگر زمین را بعد از سال پنجاهم وقف کند، باید قیمت آن را از روی سالهائی که به سال پنجاهم آینده باقی مانده است تعیین کند.

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹²اگر آن شخص بخواهد زمین را دوباره بخرد، او باید بیست فیصد به قیمت آن اضافه کرده بپردازد.

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹³اما اگر او بدون آنکه زمین را بازخرید کند آن را به شخص دیگری بفروشد، دیگر هرگز نمی تواند آن را دوباره بخرد.

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴ولی در سال پنجاهم بعدی آن زمین مِلکیت دایمی من می شود و باید آن را به کاهن داد.

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵هرگاه کسی زمینی را که خریده است به من وقف کند و آن زمین مال میراثی نباشد، کاهن باید قیمت آن را از روی سالهائی که به سال پنجاهم باقی مانده است تعیین کند و آن شخص باید قیمت آن را در همان روز بپردازد و پول قیمت آن به من تعلق می گیرد.

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶در سال پنجاهم زمین باید به مالک اصلی اش داده شود.

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁷قیمت ها باید مطابق نرخ رسمی تعیین گردد.

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁸اولین نوزاد هر حیوان، چه گاو و چه گوسفند باشد، متعلق به من است، بنابران، کسی نمی تواند آنرا به من وقف کند.

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

¹⁹اما اگر حیوانی را که گوشت آن حرام باشد، (چون جایز نیست برای خداوند قربانی شود) می توان آن را بازخرید کرد و باید قیمت اصلی آن را با اضافۀ بیست فیصد بپردازد.

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²⁰اما چیزی که به من وقف شده باشد، از قبیل انسان، حیوان یا زمین موروثی، هرگز فروخته یا بازخرید شده نمی تواند، چون مقدس است و برای همیشه به من تعلق دارد.

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²¹کسی که محکوم به مرگ شده باشد نمی تواند خود را بازخرید نماید و باید کشته شود.

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²²ده فیصد محصول زمین، چه غله باشد چه میوه، به من تعلق دارد. اگر کسی بخواهد آن غله یا میوه را بخرد،

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²³برعلاوۀ قیمت اصلی آن، بیست فیصد دیگر هم اضافه کرده آن را بخرد.

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁴ده فیصد گله و رمه هم متعلق به من است. وقتی حیوانات را می شمرید، هر دهمین آن ها از من است.

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁵صاحب گله یا رمه حیوانات را طوری قرار ندهد که حیوان بد برای من جدا شود و یا جای حیوان خوب را تبدیل کند. اگر جای حیوانات خوب و بد را تغییر بدهد، در آن صورت هر دو حیوان به من تعلق می گیرد و حق بازخرید آن را ندارد.»اینها اوامری بودند که خداوند بر کوه سینا ذریعۀ موسی به قوم اسرائیل داد.

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁶اینها اوامری بودند که خداوند بر کوه سینا ذریعۀ موسی به قوم اسرائیل داد.

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
