¹When the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.

¹پس از پایان روز سَبَت، مریم مجدلیه، مریم و مادر یعقوب و سالومه روغن های معطری خریدند تا بروند و بدن عیسی را تدهین کنند،

²Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.

²و صبح وقت روز یکشنبه، درست بعد از طلوع آفتاب، به سر قبر رفتند.

³They were saying among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”

³آن ها به یکدیگر می گفتند: «چه کسی سنگ را برای ما از دهنۀ قبر خواهد غلطانید؟»

⁴for it was very big. Looking up, they saw that the stone was rolled back.

⁴وقتی خوب نگاه کردند، دیدند که سنگ بزرگ از دهنۀ قبر به عقب غلطانیده شده است.

⁵Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe, and they were amazed.

⁵پس به داخل مقبره رفتند و در آنجا مرد جوانی را دیدند که در طرف راست نشسته و لباس سفید درازی در برداشت. آن ها حیران شدند.

⁶He said to them, “Don’t be amazed. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen. He is not here. Behold, the place where they laid him!

⁶اما او به آنها گفت: «تعجب نکنید، شما عیسی ناصری مصلوب را می جویید. او زنده شده، دیگر در اینجا نیست، ببینید اینجا جایی است که او را گذاشته بودند.

⁷But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He goes before you into Galilee. There you will see him, as he said to you.’”

⁷حالا بروید و به شاگردان او، مخصوصا پِترُس بگویید که او پیش از شما به جلیل خواهد رفت و همانطوری که خودش به شما فرموده بود، او را در آنجا خواهید دید.»

⁸They went out, TR adds “quickly” and fled from the tomb, for trembling and astonishment had come on them. They said nothing to anyone; for they were afraid.

⁸آن ها از مقبره بیرون آمدند و از سر قبر گریختند، چون ترس و وحشت آن ها را فرا گرفته بود و از ترس چیزی به کسی نگفتند. [

⁹Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons.

⁹عیسی پس از رستاخیز خود در سحرگاه روز اول هفته قبل از همه به مریم مجدلیه که هفت روح ناپاک از او بیرون کرده بود ظاهر شد.

¹⁰She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

¹⁰مریم رفت و این خبر را به شاگردان که غمگین و گریان بودند رسانید.

¹¹When they heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, they disbelieved.

¹¹اما آن ها باور نکردند، که عیسی زنده شده و به مریم ظاهر گشته است.

¹²After these things he was revealed in another form to two of them, as they walked, on their way into the country.

¹²پس از آن عیسی به طرز دیگری به دو نفر از آن ها که به دهات می رفتند ظاهر شد.

¹³They went away and told it to the rest. They didn’t believe them, either.

¹³آنها برگشتند و به سایرین خبر دادند، اما آن ها حرف ایشان را باور نمی کردند.

¹⁴Afterward he was revealed to the eleven themselves as they sat at the table, and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they didn’t believe those who had seen him after he had risen.

¹⁴سرانجام عیسی به آن یازده حواری، در وقتی که آن ها سر دسترخوان نشسته بودند، ظاهر شد و بی ایمانی و سخت دلی آن ها را در نپذیرفتن گفتۀ کسانی که او را زنده دیده بودند، مورد سرزنش قرار داد.

¹⁵He said to them, “Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation.

¹⁵پس به ایشان فرمود: «به تمام نقاط دنیا بروید و این مژده را به تمام مردم اعلام کنید.

¹⁶ He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.

¹⁶کسی که ایمان می آورد و تعمید می گیرد، نجات می یابد، اما کسی که ایمان نیاورد، از او باز خواست می شود.

¹⁷ These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages;

¹⁷به ایمانداران این نشانه های قدرت داده خواهد شد: آن ها با ذکر نام من ارواح ناپاک را بیرون خواهند کرد، به زبان های تازه سخن خواهند گفت،

¹⁸ they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

¹⁸اگر مارها را بگیرند و یا زهر بخورند به ایشان ضرر نخواهد رسید. دست های خود را بر مریضان خواهند گذاشت و آنها شفا خواهند یافت.»

¹⁹So then the Lord NA adds “Jesus” , after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

¹⁹عیسی خداوند، بعد از اینکه با آن ها صحبت کرد، به عالم بالا برده شد و در سمت راست خدا نشست.و آن ها رفتند و پیام خود را در همه جا اعلام می کردند و خداوند کارهای آن ها را برکت می داد و پیام آن ها را با معجزاتی که انجام می شد، تأیید می نمود.]

²⁰They went out, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.

²⁰و آن ها رفتند و پیام خود را در همه جا اعلام می کردند و خداوند کارهای آن ها را برکت می داد و پیام آن ها را با معجزاتی که انجام می شد، تأیید می نمود.]
