¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹ خداوند این دستورات را توسط موسی

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

² به مردم اسرائیل داد: اگر کسی مطابق نذری، وقف من شود، آن شخص می‌تواند با پرداخت مبلغ معیّنی خود را آزاد سازد.

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³ معیار رسمی آن از این قرار است: مرد بیست تا شصت ساله، پنجاه تکه نقره، زن بیست تا شصت ساله، سی تکه نقره، پسر پنج تا بیست ساله، بیست تکه نقره، دختر پنج تا بیست ساله، ده تکه نقره، پسر یک ماهه تا پنج ساله، پنج تکه نقره، دختر یک ماهه تا پنج ساله، سه تکه نقره، مرد از شصت ساله به بالا، پانزده تکه نقره، زن از شصت ساله به بالا، ده تکه نقره.

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴ اگر شخصی فقیر باشد و نتواند آن مبلغ را بپردازد، پس او را پیش کاهن ببرند و او مبلغی را که بتواند بپردازد، تعیین کند.

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁵ اگر حیوانی را که مورد قبول من باشد، نذر کند باید آن حیوان را به من تقدیم کند و هر چیزی که به من تقدیم می‌شود، مقدّس است؛

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶ آن را نباید با چیز دیگری عوض کند و یا خوب را با بد، یا بد را با خوب تغییر بدهد. اگر چنین کند، هر دو حیوان به من تعلّق می‌گیرند.

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁷ اگر نذر، یک حیوان ناپاک باشد که به عنوان قربانی برای خداوند قابل پذیرش نباشد، آنگاه آن حیوان را نزد کاهن ببرد.

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸ و کاهن بر اساس کیفیّت خوب یا بد آن، بهایی را برای آن تعیین کند و آن شخص باید آن بها را بپردازد.

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

⁹ اگر آن شخص بخواهد حیوان مذکور را بازخرید کند، علاوه بر قیمتی که کاهن تعیین کرده است، یک پنجم قیمت آن را هم بپردازد.

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹⁰ هرگاه کسی خانهٔ خود را وقف خداوند کند، کاهن باید خانه را ارزیابی کند و آن ارزش نهایی خانه خواهد بود.

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹¹ اگر کسی‌که خانه را وقف کرده، بخواهد خانه را بازخرید کند، او قیمت خانه را به اضافهٔ بیست درصد بهای آن بپردازد.

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹² اگر شخصی، یک قسمت زمین خود را وقف من کند، قیمت آن باید از روی مقدار تخمی که در آن کاشته می‌شود، تعیین گردد. زمینی که در آن یکصد کیلو جو کاشته شود، ده تکه نقره قیمت دارد.

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹³ اگر شخصی زمین خود را در سال پنجاهم وقف کند، در آن صورت قیمت زمین مساوی با قیمت محصول پنجاه سالهٔ آن می‌باشد.

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴ امّا اگر زمین را بعد از سال پنجاهم وقف کند، باید قیمت آن را از روی سالهایی که به سال پنجاهم آینده باقیمانده است، تعیین کند.

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵ اگر آن شخص بخواهد زمین را دوباره بخرد، او باید بیست درصد به قیمت آن اضافه کند و بپردازد.

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶ امّا اگر او بدون آن که زمین را بازخرید کند، آن را به شخص دیگری بفروشد، دیگر هرگز نمی‌تواند آن را دوباره بخرد.

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁷ ولی در سال پنجاهم بعدی آن زمین موقوفه شده به خداوند تعلّق می‌‌گیرد و باید آن را به کاهن داد.

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁸ هرگاه کسی زمینی را که خریده است به من وقف کند و آن زمین مال موروثه نباشد،

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

¹⁹ کاهن باید قیمت آن را از روی سالهایی که به سال پنجاهم باقیمانده است، تعیین کند و آن شخص باید قیمت آن را در همان روز بپردازد و پول آن به من تعلّق می‌‌گیرد.

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²⁰ در سال پنجاهم زمین باید به مالک اصلی‌اش بازگردد.

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²¹ قیمتها باید مطابق نرخ رسمی تعیین گردند.

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²² اولین نوزاد هر حیوان، چه گاو و چه گوسفند، متعلّق به خداوند است، بنابراین کسی نمی‌تواند آن را وقف کند.

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²³ نوزاد حیوان حرام را می‌توان با قیمت روز به اضافه بیست درصد اضافه بها بازخرید کرد. اگر بازخرید نشد، می‌توان آن را به قیمت روز به کس دیگری فروخت.

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁴ هرگز چیزی را که کاملاً وقف خداوند شده باشد، نمی‌توان بازخرید کرد؛ چه انسان، چه حیوان و چه زمین باشد. چون آنها همیشه به خداوند تعلّق دارند.

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁵ کسی‌که محکوم به مرگ شده باشد، نمی‌تواند خود را بازخرید نماید و باید کشته شود.

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁶ ده درصد محصول زمین، چه غلّه باشد چه میوه، به خداوند تعلّق دارد.

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁷ اگر کسی بخواهد محصول خود را بخرد، باید بیست درصد به قیمت آن اضافه کند.

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁸ ده درصد گلّه و رمه از آن خداوند است. هنگامی‌که آنها را می‌شمارید، هر دهمین آنها به من تعلّق می‌گیرند.

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

²⁹ صاحب گلّه یا رمه، حیوانات را طوری قرار ندهد که حیوان بد برای من جدا شود و یا جای حیوان خوب را عوض کند. اگر جای حیوانات خوب و بد را تغییر بدهد، در آن صورت هر دو حیوان به من تعلّق می‌گیرند و حق بازخرید آن را ندارد. اینها دستوراتی بودند که خداوند در کوه سینا توسط موسی به قوم اسرائیل داد.

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³⁰ اینها دستوراتی بودند که خداوند در کوه سینا توسط موسی به قوم اسرائیل داد.

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
