¹“‘You shall make for yourselves no idols, neither shall you raise up an engraved image or a pillar, neither shall you place any figured stone in your land, to bow down to it: for I am Yahweh your God.

¹Не делайте себе кумиров и изваяний, и столбов не ставьте у себя, и камней с изображениями не кладите в земле вашей, чтобы кланяться пред ними, ибо Я Господь Богваш.

²“‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am Yahweh.

²Субботы Мои соблюдайте и святилище Мое чтите: Я Господь.

³“‘If you walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

³Если вы будете поступать по уставам Моим и заповеди Мои будете хранить и исполнять их,

⁴then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

⁴то Я дам вам дожди в свое время, и земля даст произрастения свои,и дерева полевые дадут плод свой;

⁵Your threshing shall reach to the vintage, and the vintage shall reach to the sowing time; and you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

⁵и молотьба хлеба будет достигать у вас собирания винограда, собирание винограда будет достигать посева, и будете есть хлеб свой досыта, и будете жить на земле вашей безопасно;

⁶“‘I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and no one will make you afraid; and I will remove evil animals out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

⁶пошлю мир на землю вашу , ляжете, и никто вас не обеспокоит,сгоню лютых зверей с земли вашей , и меч не пройдет по землевашей;

⁷You shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

⁷и будете прогонять врагов ваших, и падут они пред вами от меча;

⁸Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall chase ten thousand; and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

⁸пятеро из вас прогонят сто, и сто из вас прогонят тьму, и падут враги ваши пред вами от меча;

⁹“‘I will have respect for you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and will establish my covenant with you.

⁹призрю на вас, и плодородными сделаю вас, и размножу вас, и буду тверд в завете Моем с вами;

¹⁰You shall eat old store long kept, and you shall move out the old because of the new.

¹⁰и будете есть старое прошлогоднее, и выбросите старое ради нового;

¹¹I will set my tent among you: and my soul won’t abhor you.

¹¹и поставлю жилище Мое среди вас, и душа Моя не возгнушается вами;

¹²I will walk among you, and will be your God, and you will be my people.

¹²и буду ходить среди вас и буду вашим Богом, а вы будете Моим народом.

¹³I am Yahweh your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves; and I have broken the bars of your yoke, and made you go upright.

¹³Я Господь Бог ваш, Который вывел вас из земли Египетской, чтоб вы не были там рабами,и сокрушил узы ярма вашего, и повел вас с поднятою головою.

¹⁴“‘But if you will not listen to me, and will not do all these commandments;

¹⁴Если же не послушаете Меня и не будете исполнять всех заповедей сих,

¹⁵and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant;

¹⁵и если презрите Мои постановления, и если душа ваша возгнушается Моими законами, такчто вы не будете исполнять всех заповедей Моих, нарушив завет Мой, –

¹⁶I also will do this to you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away; and you will sow your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it.

¹⁶то и Я поступлю с вами так: пошлю на вас ужас, чахлость и горячку, от которых истомятся глаза и измучится душа, и будете сеять семена ваши напрасно, и враги ваши съедят их;

¹⁷I will set my face against you, and you will be struck before your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you; and you will flee when no one pursues you.

¹⁷обращу лице Мое на вас, и падете пред врагами вашими, и будут господствовать над вами неприятели ваши, и побежите, когда никтоне гонится за вами.

¹⁸“‘If you in spite of these things will not listen to me, then I will chastise you seven times more for your sins.

¹⁸Если и при всем том не послушаете Меня, то Я всемероувеличу наказание за грехи ваши,

¹⁹I will break the pride of your power, and I will make your sky like iron, and your soil like brass;

¹⁹и сломлю гордое упорство ваше, и небо ваше сделаю, как железо, иземлю вашу, как медь;

²⁰and your strength will be spent in vain; for your land won’t yield its increase, neither will the trees of the land yield their fruit.

²⁰и напрасно будет истощаться сила ваша, и земля вашане даст произрастений своих, и дерева земли не дадут плодов своих.

²¹“‘If you walk contrary to me, and won’t listen to me, then I will bring seven times more plagues on you according to your sins.

²¹Если же после сего пойдете против Меня и не захотите слушать Меня, то Я прибавлю вам ударов всемеро за грехи ваши:

²²I will send the wild animals among you, which will rob you of your children, destroy your livestock, and make you few in number; and your roads will become desolate.

²²пошлю на вас зверей полевых, которые лишат вас детей, истребят скот ваш и вас уменьшат, так что опустеют дороги ваши.

²³“‘If by these things you won’t be reformed to me, but will walk contrary to me;

²³Если и после сего не исправитесь и пойдете против Меня,

²⁴then I will also walk contrary to you; and I will strike you, even I, seven times for your sins.

²⁴то и Я пойду против вас и поражу вас всемеро за грехи ваши,

²⁵I will bring a sword upon you, that will execute the vengeance of the covenant; and you will be gathered together within your cities: and I will send the pestilence among you; and you will be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

²⁵и наведу на вас мстительный меч в отмщение за завет; если же вы укроетесь в города ваши, то пошлю на вас язву, и преданы будете в руки врага;

²⁶When I break your staff of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver your bread again by weight: and you shall eat, and not be satisfied.

²⁶хлеб, подкрепляющий человека , истреблю у вас; десять женщин будут печь хлеб ваш в одной печи и будут отдавать хлеб ваш весом; вы будете есть и не будете сыты.

²⁷“‘If you in spite of this won’t listen to me, but walk contrary to me;

²⁷Если же и после сего не послушаете Меня и пойдете против Меня,

²⁸then I will walk contrary to you in wrath; and I also will chastise you seven times for your sins.

²⁸то и Я в ярости пойду против вас и накажу вас всемеро за грехи ваши,

²⁹You will eat the flesh of your sons, and you will eat the flesh of your daughters.

²⁹и будете есть плоть сынов ваших, и плоть дочерей ваших будете есть;

³⁰I will destroy your high places, and cut down your incense altars, and cast your dead bodies upon the bodies of your idols; and my soul will abhor you.

³⁰разорю высоты ваши и разрушу столбы ваши, и повергну трупы ваши на обломки идолов ваших, и возгнушается душа Моя вами;

³¹I will lay your cities waste, and will bring your sanctuaries to desolation, and I will not take delight in the sweet fragrance of your offerings.

³¹города ваши сделаю пустынею, и опустошу святилища ваши, и не буду обонять приятного благоухания жертв ваших;

³²I will bring the land into desolation; and your enemies that dwell therein will be astonished at it.

³²опустошу землю вашу , так что изумятся о ней враги ваши, поселившиеся на ней;

³³I will scatter you among the nations, and I will draw out the sword after you: and your land will be a desolation, and your cities shall be a waste.

³³а вас рассею между народами и обнажу вслед вас меч, и будет земляваша пуста и города ваши разрушены.

³⁴Then the land will enjoy its sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in your enemies’ land. Even then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths.

³⁴Тогда удовлетворит себя земля за субботы свои во все дни запустения своего ;когда вы будете в земле врагов ваших, тогда будет покоиться земля и удовлетворит себя засубботы свои;

³⁵As long as it lies desolate it shall have rest, even the rest which it didn’t have in your sabbaths, when you lived on it.

³⁵во все дни запустения своего будет она покоиться, сколько ни покоилась в субботы ваши, когда вы жили на ней.

³⁶“‘As for those of you who are left, I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies: and the sound of a driven leaf will put them to flight; and they shall flee, as one flees from the sword; and they will fall when no one pursues.

³⁶Оставшимся из вас пошлю в сердца робость в земле врагов их, и шум колеблющегося листа погонит их, и побегут, какот меча, и падут, когда никто не преследует,

³⁷They will stumble over one another, as it were before the sword, when no one pursues: and you will have no power to stand before your enemies.

³⁷и споткнутся друг на друга, как от меча, между тем как никто не преследует, и не будет у вас силы противостоять врагам вашим;

³⁸You will perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies will eat you up.

³⁸и погибнете между народами, и пожрет вас земля врагов ваших;

³⁹Those of you who are left will pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

³⁹а оставшиеся из вас исчахнут за свои беззакония в землях врагов вашихи за беззакония отцов своих исчахнут;

⁴⁰“‘If they confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me, and also that, because they walked contrary to me,

⁴⁰тогда признаются они в беззаконии своем и в беззаконии отцов своих, как они совершалипреступления против Меня и шли против Меня,

⁴¹I also walked contrary to them, and brought them into the land of their enemies: if then their uncircumcised heart is humbled, and they then accept the punishment of their iniquity;

⁴¹за что и Я шел против них и ввел их в землю врагов их; тогда покорится необрезанное сердце их, и тогда потерпят они за беззакония свои.

⁴²then I will remember my covenant with Jacob; and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham; and I will remember the land.

⁴²И Я вспомню завет Мой с Иаковом и завет Мой с Исааком, и завет Мой с Авраамом вспомню, и землю вспомню;

⁴³The land also will be left by them, and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them: and they will accept the punishment of their iniquity; because, even because they rejected my ordinances, and their soul abhorred my statutes.

⁴³тогда как земля оставлена будет ими и будет удовлетворять себя за субботы свои, опустев от них, и они будуттерпеть за свое беззаконие, за то, что презирали законы Мои и душа ихгнушалась постановлениями Моими,

⁴⁴Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them; for I am Yahweh their God;

⁴⁴и тогда как они будут в земле врагов их, – Я не презрю их и не возгнушаюсь ими до того, чтоб истребить их, чтоб разрушить завет Мой с ними, ибо Я Господь, Бог их;

⁴⁵but I will for their sake remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God. I am Yahweh.’”

⁴⁵вспомню для них завет с предками, которых вывел Я из земли Египетской пред глазами народов, чтоб быть их Богом. Я Господь.

⁴⁶These are the statutes, ordinances and laws, which Yahweh made between him and the children of Israel in Mount Sinai by Moses.

⁴⁶Вот постановления и определения и законы, которые постановил Господь между Собою и между сынами Израилевыми на горе Синае, чрез Моисея.
