⁴One generation will commend your works to another, and will declare your mighty acts.

⁴ Zamana fo boroyaŋ ga ni goyey sifa zamana fo boroyaŋ se, I ma ni goy hinkoyey dede.

⁵Of the glorious majesty of your honor, of your wondrous works, I will meditate.

⁵ Ni darza beeray beero din, Da ni goyey kulu kaŋ ga dambarandi, Ay ga soobay k'i miila.

⁶Men will speak of the might of your awesome acts. I will declare your greatness.

⁶ Borey ga ni goy hinkoyey kaŋ ga humburandi sanni te, Ay mo, ya ni beera sifa.

⁷They will utter the memory of your great goodness, and will sing of your righteousness.

⁷ I ga ni gomno beera sanni ci, I ma farhã kuuwayaŋ te ni adilitara sabbay se.

⁸Yahweh is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and of great loving kindness.

⁹Yahweh is good to all. His tender mercies are over all his works.

⁹ Rabbi ya gomnikoy no boro kulu se, A suujey go a goyey kulu se.

¹⁰All your works will give thanks to you, Yahweh. Your saints will extol you.

¹⁰ Ya Rabbi, ni goyey kulu ga ni kuuku, Ni wane hanantey mo ga ni sifa.

¹¹They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk about your power;

¹¹ I ga ni mayray darza sanni te, I ma soobay ka ni hino sanni salaŋ,

¹²to make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, the glory of the majesty of his kingdom.

¹³Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. Your dominion endures throughout all generations. Yahweh is faithful in all his words, and loving in all his deeds. Some manuscripts omit these last two lines.

¹³ Ni mayra wo, mayray kaŋ ga duumi no, Ni koytara mo tabbatante no zamaney kulu ra.

¹⁴Yahweh upholds all who fall, and raises up all those who are bowed down.

¹⁴ Rabbi ga ngey kaŋ yaŋ ga ba ka kaŋ kulu gaay, A ga gungumante kulu tunandi mo.

¹⁵The eyes of all wait for you. You give them their food in due season.

¹⁵ Fundikooney kulu goono ga mo sinji ni gaa, Ni g'i no ngey ŋwaarey mo alwaati kaŋ ga hagu ra.

¹⁶You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.

¹⁶ Ni ga ni kambe feeri ka fundikooni kulu ibaayo toonandi a se.

¹⁷Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.

¹⁷ Rabbi ya adilitaraykoy no nga fondey kulu ra, Gomnikoy mo no a goyey kulu ra.

¹⁸Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.

¹⁸ Rabbi ga maan borey kulu kaŋ yaŋ ga nga ce gaa. Sanda borey kulu kaŋ yaŋ g'a ce da cimi.

¹⁹He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them.

¹⁹ A ga borey kaŋ ga humbur'a muraadey feeri, A ga maa i hẽeno se mo k'i faaba.

²⁰Yahweh preserves all those who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.

²⁰ Rabbi ga haggoy da nga baakoy kulu, Amma a ga boro laaley kulu halaci.

²¹My mouth will speak the praise of Yahweh. Let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
