1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth did pass away, and the sea is not any more;
2 Ma gis, wàcce ca asamaan, jóge ca wetu Yàlla, Yerusalem gu bees gi, dëkk bu sell, bi ñu waajal ba mu jekk ni séet buy nég jëkkëram.
2and I, John, saw the holy city — new Jerusalem — coming down from God out of the heaven, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband;
3 Ma dégg baat bu xumb jibe ca gàngune ma naan: «Dalub Yàllaa ngi ci biir nit ñi. Dina dëkk ak ñoom, nit ñi dinañu nekk ay gaayam, te moom Yàlla ci boppam dina ànd ak ñoom, nekk Yàlla seen Boroom.
3and I heard a great voice out of the heaven, saying, `Lo, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and He will tabernacle with them, and they shall be His peoples, and God Himself shall be with them — their God,
4 Dina fomp bépp rangooñ ci seeni bët; te dee dootul am walla naqar walla jooy walla metit, ndaxte yëf yu jëkk ya wéy nañu.»
4and God shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and the death shall not be any more, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor shall there be any more pain, because the first things did go away.`
5 Noonu ki toog ca gàngune ma ne: «Maa ngi yeesal lépp!» Mu ne ma: «Bindal, ndaxte kàddu yii yu wóor lañu te dëggu.»
5And He who is sitting upon the throne said, `Lo, new I make all things; and He saith to me, `Write, because these words are true and stedfast;`
6 Mu teg ca ne ma: «Lépp mat na! Maay Alfa ak Omega, njàlbéen gi ak muj gi. Ku mar, dinaa la may ci bëtu ndoxum dund mi, te doo fey dara.
6and He said to me, `It hath been done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End; I, to him who is thirsting, will give of the fountain of the water of the life freely;
7 Ku daan, dinga am cér ci mbir yii. Dinaa nekk Yàlla sa Boroom, te dinga nekk doom ci man.
7he who is overcoming shall inherit all things, and I will be to him — a God, and he shall be to me — the son,
8 Waaye ñi ragal, ñi gëmul, ñiy def lu ñaaw, ñiy bóom nit, ñiy njaaloo, luxuskat yi, xërëmkat yi ak fenkat yépp, seen añ moo di déegu safara ak tamarax bi. Loolu mooy ñaareelu dee gi.»
8and to fearful, and unstedfast, and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the liars, their part [is] in the lake that is burning with fire and brimstone, which is a second death.`

9And there came unto me one of the seven messengers, who have the seven vials that are full of the seven last plagues, and he spake with me, saying, `Come, I will shew thee the bride of the Lamb — the wife,`

10and he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and did shew to me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, coming down out of the heaven from God,

11having the glory of God, and her light [is] like a stone most precious, as a jasper stone clear as crystal,

12having also a wall great and high, having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve messengers, and names written thereon, which are [those] of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel,
13 Ca penku am na fa ñetti bunt; ca nor ñett; ca sudd ñett ak ñett ca sowu.
13at the east three gates, at the north three gates, at the south three gates, at the west three gates;

14and the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 Ki doon wax ak man amoon na nattukaay, di bantu wurus bu mu doon natte dëkk ba ak miir ba ko wër, ak bunt ya.
15And he who is speaking with me had a golden reed, that he may measure the city, and its gates, and its wall;
16 Dëkk ba dafa kaare, guddaay ba ak yaatuwaay ba ñoo tolloo. Mu natt dëkk ba ak bant ba mu yor. Guddaay ba, yaatuwaay ba ak taxawaay ba lépp tolloo, di fukki junni ak ñaar ciy estat.
16and the city lieth square, and the length of it is as great as the breadth; and he did measure the city with the reed — furlongs twelve thousand; the length, and the breadth, and the height, of it are equal;
17 Malaaka ma natt miir ba nattub nit, fekk miir ba di téeméer ak ñeent-fukk ak ñeenti xasab.
17and he measured its wall, an hundred forty-four cubits, the measure of a man, that is, of the messenger;
18 Miir ba, jamaa lañu ko liggéeye, te dëkk ba di wurusu ngalam, leer ni weer bu set.
18and the building of its wall was jasper, and the city [is] pure gold — like to pure glass;
19 Fondamaay miiru dëkk ba rafetale nañu leen xeeti per yu nekk.Fondamaa bu jëkk ba jamaa la;ñaareel ba, per bu bulo bu ñuy wax safir;ñetteel ba, per bu wert bu ñuy wax kalseduwan;ñeenteel ba, per bu wert te lerax, bu ñuy wax emëróot;
19and the foundations of the wall of the city with every precious stone have been adorned; the first foundation jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, chalcedony; the fourth, emerald;
20 juróomeel ba, per bu xonq bu ñuy wax sardonigsë;juróom-benneel ba, per bu xonq curr bu ñuy wax sarduwan;juróom-ñaareel ba, per bu mboq bu ñuy wax kirisolit;juróom-ñetteel ba, per bu wert ni géej bu ñuy wax beril;juróom-ñeenteel ba, per bu mboq bu ñuy wax topas;fukkeel ba, per bu wert bu ñuy wax kirisoparas;fukkeel ba ak benn, per bu bulo bu ñuy wax yasent;fukkeel ba ak ñaar, per bu yolet bu ñuy wax ametist.
20the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprasus; the eleventh, jacinth; the twelfth, amethyst.
21 Fukki bunt ya ak ñaar, ay per yu weex lañu. Bunt bu nekk di benn per kepp. Péncu dëkk ba di wurusu ngalam, leer ni weer bu set.
21And the twelve gates [are] twelve pearls, each several one of the gates was of one pearl; and the broad-place of the city [is] pure gold — as transparent glass.
22 Gisuma ca dëkk ba kër Yàlla, ndaxte Boroom bi Yàlla Aji Kàttan ji ak Mbote ma ñooy màggalukaay ba.
22And a sanctuary I did not see in it, for the Lord God, the Almighty, is its sanctuary, and the Lamb,
23 Dëkk ba soxlawul jant walla weer ngir leeral ko, ndaxte ndamu Yàlla moo koy leeral, te Mbote ma moo nekk làmpam.
23and the city hath no need of the sun, nor of the moon, that they may shine in it; for the glory of God did lighten it, and the lamp of it [is] the Lamb;
24 Xeeti àddina dinañu dox cig leeram, te buuri àddina dinañu ca indi seen ndam.
24and the nations of the saved in its light shall walk, and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it,
25 Bunti dëkk ba duñu tëju bëccëg, te guddi du fa am.
25and its gates shall not at all be shut by day, for night shall not be there;
26 Dinañu fa indi ndamu xeet yi ak seen alal.
26and they shall bring the glory and the honour of the nations into it;
27 Dara du fa dugg lu am sobe, mbaa kenn kuy sóobu ci ñaawteef walla fen. Ñi ñu bind ci téereb dund bu Mbote mi rekk ñoo fay dugg.
27and there may not at all enter into it any thing defiling and doing abomination, and a lie, but — those written in the scroll of the life of the Lamb.
